Our detailed assessments ensure all major household systems are functioning correctly and help identify potential issues early. We offer weekly and bi-weekly inspection schedules tailored to client needs, with additional services such as mail collection, gardening oversight, pool maintenance verification, and vehicle checks.
We offer comprehensive residential property care services to ensure your home is well-maintained.
We will preform a visual inspection to identify issues before they become costly problems with our weekly or bi-weekly visits. We can also customize a schedule based on your needs. During our visits we will ensure that all major household systems are functioning properly. We flush toilets, run water, check under sinks and make sure your garbage disposal is working and that your refrigerator is cooling. We will check on your pool equipment to ensure there are no leaks and confirm your pool service is keeping your pool clean and algae free. We will make sure your landscape is properly maintained and the irrigation system is not leaking or flooding. We will also make sure your ac system is operating and set to your desired temperature. During our visits we will collect your mail, news papers, flyers and door hangers so your property does not appear vacant.
We will be available to meet with contractors, repair technicians, HVAC service and oversee any work preformed by cable or utility companies and accept deliveries on your behalf.
We also offer a vehicle service were based on your instruction we will make sure your vehicles trickle charge is working, start your cars periodically, move them to keep tires from developing flat spots and check on golf carts.

We're Mark and Diana Forsyth, long-time Coachella Valley residents and the owners of Desert Nest Home Watch. Our journey began over a decade ago with Desert Baby Rentals, where we had the privilege of serving families visiting the desert. Over the years, many of our rental clients became second-home owners, and we naturally built strong relationships with local property managers and home-care professionals.
Working alongside these companies eventually led us into the property care industry ourselves. The transition felt effortless, caring for homes came just as naturally as caring for families. After several years working directly for established home-watch companies and learning the craft from the inside out, our entrepreneurial spirit guided us to create something of our own. That's how Desert Nest Home Watch was born.
